Advice to economic operators on the modalities for recognition of the certifications of companies and personnel handling certain fluorinated greenhouse gases concerning fixed refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment, fire protection systems and fire extinguishers, high voltage connection appliances, fluorinated greenhouse gas solvents contained in equipment

I. ∙ In accordance with:
- Article 13 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 303/2008 of 2 April 2008 establishing, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council, minimum requirements as well as conditions for mutual recognition of the certification of companies and staff with respect to fixed refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases;
- Article 13 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 304/2008 of 2 April 2008 establishing, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council, minimum requirements as well as conditions for mutual recognition for the certification of companies and personnel with respect to fire protection systems and fire extinguishers containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases,
certificates issued to staff by certification bodies notified to the Board by others Member States of the European Union, under the above-mentioned regulations, are valid in the national territory as long as they are translated into French.
II. In accordance with:
- Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 305/2008 of 2 April 2008 establishing, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council, minimum requirements and conditions for mutual recognition of the certification of personnel responsible for recovering certain fluorinated greenhouse gases contained in high-voltage connection appliances;
- Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 306/2008 of 2 April 2008 establishing, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council, the minimum requirements and conditions for mutual recognition of the certification of personnel responsible for recovering certain fluorinated greenhouse gas solvents contained in equipment,
certificates issued to staff by certification bodies notified to the Board by others Member States of the European Union, under the above-mentioned regulations, are valid in the national territory as long as they are translated into the French language and their date of issuance is not earlier than five years.
Staff who hold these certificates in the national territory are subject to the reporting obligations set out in R. 521-55 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
III. In accordance with:

certificates issued to companies by certification bodies notified to the Commission by others Member States of the European Union, under the above-mentioned regulations, are valid in the national territory as long as they are translated into the French language and their date of issuance is not earlier than five years.
Companies holding these certificates in the national territory are subject to the reporting obligations set out in R. 543-75 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
