By order of the Minister of National Education dated June 27, 2012, the opening of a professional examination for access to the rank of principal target for the administration of national education and higher education is authorized under the 2013 year.
The date of the oral test will be fixed later.
The registration procedures are as follows:
Inscriptions will be registered via the internet at http://www.education.gouv.fr/siac3, from Thursday, 13 September 2012, starting at 12 o'clock, on Thursday, 25 October 2012, at 5 o'clock, Paris time.
Applicants will be able to modify the data from their file until the registration closing date. Any modification of the data contained in the file must be the subject of a new validation; the last demonstration of the candidate's will will be considered to be valid only.
The attention of the candidates is particularly called on the need not to wait the last days to register.
In the event of an impossibility to register via the internet, applicants will be able to obtain a printed registration file, upon written request, prepared according to the model in the appendix. This mail should be sent by posting as a simple recommendation to the academic service responsible for registrations no later than Thursday, October 25, 2012, before midnight, the stamp of the position being authentic.
The completed registration file must be returned by post and by simple recommendation to the academic service responsible for registration no later than Friday, November 2, 2012, before midnight, the stamp of the position being authentic.
No request for a file sent out of time or any file posted out of time will be taken into account.
Applicants must therefore ensure that they request their registration documentation early enough to take account of the delivery times of the mail.
Candidates file a record that must necessarily include the following:
– a fact sheet established in accordance with the model annexed to the aforementioned decision of January 3, 2007. This fact sheet must be downloaded to the department's site from the opening of the registration records;
a two-page dactylographed curriculum vitae describing occupied jobs, duties and responsibilities, training and internships.
This file should be addressed to the academic service responsible for posting and recommended by a simple recommendation no later than Monday, November 26, 2012, before midnight, the stamp of the position being authentic. Any file that is incomplete or transmitted out of time results in the removal of the candidate who is not called to the examination.
Places of registration are:
Candidates will join the academy rectorate in whose jurisdiction they have their administrative residence or personal residence. The candidates from the academies of Paris, Créteil and Versailles register with the inter-academic service of the examinations and contests of Ile-de-France (SIEC).
Candidates in overseas communities will be registered in accordance with the indications in the table below:
