Notice: it is created a chamber of commerce and industry of the region called "Commercial and Industry Chamber of Paris - Ile-de-France", whose electoral district corresponds to the entire Ile-de-France region. The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Paris and Versailles - Val-d'Oise - Yvelines as well as the delegations existing in the Ile-de-France region are attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris - Ile-de-France as chambers of commerce and departmental industry of Ile-de-France. The rooms of commerce and industry of Seine-et-Marne and Essonne are attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the region Paris - Ile-de-France as chambers of commerce and territorial industry. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris - Ile-de-France has the full range of expertise available to any chamber of commerce and industry in the region.

Vu la Act No. 2010-853 of 23 July 2010 relating to consular networks, trade, crafts and services, including the V of Article 40;
Considering the deliberation of the Seine-et-Marne Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 10 January 2011;
Considering the deliberation of the Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 10 January 2011,
Decrete:
It is created a chamber of commerce and industry of the region called "Commercial and Industry Chamber of Paris - Ile-de-France", which is located in Paris. It is attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Essonne and the Chamber of Commerce and Territorial Industry of Seine-et-Marne and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Hauts-de-Seine, Paris, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne, Val-d'Oise and Yvelines.
I. ― Services managed by the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris - Ile-de-France and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Paris and Versailles - Val-d'Oise - Yvelines are supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris - Ile-de-France.
II. ― Real estate and furniture, contracts, receivables and rights and obligations of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris - Ile-de-France and Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Paris and Versailles - Val-d'Oise - Yvelines are transferred to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris - Ile-de-France.
The prefect of the Ile-de-France region shall determine the terms and conditions of the transfer under section 2. It installs the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris - Ile-de-France region mentioned in First paragraph of Article 40 of Law No. 2010-853 of 23 July 2010 relating to consular networks, trade, crafts and services.
Are repealed:
1° The decree of the Government of the Republic of 6 ventôse an XI creating a Chamber of Commerce in Paris;
2° The decree of November 22, 1899 creating a Chamber of Commerce in Versailles;
3° The Decree No. 66-570 of 30 July 1966 amending the exchange and organization of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris;
4° The Decree No. 66-571 of 30 July 1966 relating to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Versailles;
5° The Decree No. 2001-544 of 25 June 2001 establishing the Paris-Ile-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and amending the Decree No. 91-739 of 18 July 1991 relating to the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Assembly of the French Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Inter-Consular Groups.
Articles 1, 2 and 4 of this Decree come into force on 1 January 2013.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Economics, Finance and Industry, responsible for trade, crafts, small and medium-sized enterprises, tourism, services, liberal professions and consumption, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
