Decree No. 2012-593 of 27 April 2012 amending Decree No. 2009-21 of 7 January 2009 establishing balance indices applicable to certain non-commissioned members

Public officials concerned: non-commissioned officers, marine and similar personnel, governed by decrees No. 2008-930, 2008-931, 2008-953, 2008-954 and 2008-961 12 September 2008.
Subject: fixation of balance indices.
Entry into force: The text applies to compensation paid as of January 1, 2012.
Notice: The purpose of the decree is to implement an indiciary revalorization in the context of the transfer of the new statutory space of category B of the public service to the non-commissioned officers.
