Having regard to article 44 of Act No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on the Organic Law on Financial Laws;
Considering Act No. 2011-1977 of 28 December 2011 on finance for 2012;
Vu la Act No. 2012-354 of 14 March 2012 for 2012
Decrete:
Supplementary appropriations for 2012 to ministers and credits for 2012 cancelled by Act No. 2012-354 of 14 March 2012 the above-mentioned correctional finances, which are of interest to the missions of the general budget, shall be allocated by programme in accordance with statement A annexed to this decree.
The additional appropriations opened for 2012 to the Ministers of Economy, Finance and Industry by the same rectificative finance law referred to above, relevant to the "State Financial Participation" trust account, are distributed by programme in accordance with State B annexed to this decree.
The additional appropriations for 2012 to ministers and the appropriations for 2012 cancelled by the same above-mentioned Corrigendum Financial Act, which is relevant to the financial competitive examination accounts, are allocated by program in accordance with statement C annexed to this Order.
The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform, spokesperson for the Government, is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
