Having regard to the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service dated 23 February 2012,

In accordance with the provisions of Decree of 21 July 1999, staff employed by each of the establishments listed in column I of the table annexed to this Order, listed in column II and in office at the reference date in column III of the same table, may apply for their integration into one of the bodies of the hospital public service and their appointment in the public health facility shown in column IV of the same table.
The Director General of the Care Offer at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
