Professional examinations scheduled for 1° I and 1° of Article 25 of the Decree of 11 November 2009 referred to above for the advancement of the ranks of senior technician and chief technician of the Ministry of Agriculture shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of this Order.
The professional examination for advancement to the rank of senior technician of the Ministry of Agriculture has a single written admission test consisting, from a professional file, in the resolution of a concrete case that can be accompanied by questions intended to put the candidate in a work situation (duration: 3 hours).
The test is scored from zero to twenty.
At the end of the admission test, the jury lists the candidates admitted in alphabetical order. No one may be declared admitted if he has not obtained a score fixed by the jury which cannot be less than 10 out of twenty.
The jury of this professional examination is appointed by order of the minister responsible for agriculture.
The professional examination for the advancement of the technical chief of the department responsible for agriculture includes an eligibility test and an admission test.
The eligibility test consists, from a professional file, in the resolution of a specific case that can be accompanied by questions intended to put the candidate in a working position (duration: 3 hours; coefficient 2).
At the end of the eligibility test, the jury sets out, in alphabetical order, the list of candidates authorized to take part in the admission test.
The admission test consists of an interview with the jury to assess the ability and motivation of the candidate to perform the duties of a technical chief and to recognize the achievements of his professional experience. To conduct this interview, which has as its starting point a candidate's presentation on his professional experience, the jury has the file made up by the candidate. If applicable, the jury may ask the candidate for his or her opinion on a practical case or a problem related to professional life (duration: 25 minutes, of which 5 minutes at most); coefficient 3).
For the oral admission test, the candidate establishes a record of recognition of the achievements of his or her professional experience that he or she gives to the organizing service on a date fixed in the opening of the professional examination.
The model of the record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience as well as the help guide to filling and the technical chief referential are available on the website of the ministry responsible for agriculture. The file is forwarded to the jury by the professional examination manager after the establishment of the eligibility list.
At the admission, only the interview with the jury gives rise to the rating.
Each of the tests is rated from zero to twenty.
At the end of the admission test, the jury alphabetically establishes the list of candidates admitted.
No one may be declared admitted if he has not obtained a note at the oral admission test set by the jury which cannot be less than seven out of twenty.
If several candidates meet the same number of points, the priority is given to the one who obtained the best grade at the oral admission test.
The jury of this professional examination is appointed by order of the minister responsible for agriculture.
