In view of the amended decision of 27 March 1996 on the costing of occupational accidents and diseases in mining and assimilated operations,
Stop:
The average costs of each of the categories of temporary incapacity and permanent incapacity referred to in the above-mentioned Article D. 242-6-6 are fixed for all mining operations and as set out in the annex to this Order.
The Director of Energy and the Director of Social Security are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which takes effect on the first day of the calendar quarter following its publication in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
