Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister of Labour, Employment and Health,
Vu le Social Security Codeincluding articles D. 242-6-6 and D. 242-6-8 in their drafting Decree No. 2010-753 of 5 July 2010 setting the rules for the pricing of occupational accidents and occupational diseases;
Vu le Decree No. 46-2769 of 27 November 1946 amended to organize social security in mines, including Article 92;
In view of the amended decision of 27 March 1996 on the costing of occupational accidents and diseases in mining and assimilated operations,

The average costs of each of the categories of temporary incapacity and permanent incapacity referred to in the above-mentioned Article D. 242-6-6 are fixed for all mining operations and as set out in the annex to this Order.

The Director of Energy and the Director of Social Security are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which takes effect on the first day of the calendar quarter following its publication in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
