The regulated rates of sale without natural gas taxes of Energy Services Lannemezan are determined on the basis of a tariff formula consisting of the sum, on the one hand, of a term representing the costs of supplying natural gas, on the other hand, of a term representing the non-cost costs of procurement as defined in section 4 of the above-mentioned Order.
The change in supply costs for a given tariff movement is equal to the variation since the previous "m" movement representing the natural gas supply costs of Energy Services Lannemezan.
It is based on the following formula:
m = P0 + 0.024 (FOD + FOL)
where:
P0 represents the evolution of the constant defined in the contract terms of supply of Energy Services Lannemezan;
FOD represents the rating in Rotterdam of domestic fuel at 0.1% in euros per ton, over the three-month period ending one month before the date of the tariff movement;
FOL represents the rating in Rotterdam of low-sulphur heavy fuel in euros per ton, over the three-month period ending one month before the date of the tariff movement.
The Scheduled Energy Services Lannemezan Natural Gas Sales Tariff Schedule comes into force as of January 1, 2012.
When a gas consumption statement simultaneously includes consumption payable to old and new rates, a breakdown according to the number of days of each period is made.
The September 29, 2011 decision on regulated rates for the sale of natural gas from Energy Services Lannemezan is repealed.
The Director General of Competition, Consumption and Suppression of Frauds and the Director General of Energy and Climate are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
