Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry dated December 19, 2011, the opening of two competitions (external and internal) for the recruitment of senior industry and mining technicians to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry is authorized under the 2012 year.
The number of posts available for these recruitments is as follows:
- external competition (as provided for in Article 4-1- [a] of the amended Decree of 3 April 1998 on the special status of the body of the superior technicians of the industry and the mines): 11 posts;
― internal competition (as provided in article 4-1- [b] of the same decree): 1 position.
In addition, 3 positions will be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 1 position will be offered by contract to beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in section 27 of the Act of 11 January 1984.
In the absence of a qualified candidate on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to perform the duties of senior industry and mine technicians, vacant jobs can only be filled by meeting the priorities set out in section L. 406 of the same code and according to the procedure set out in sections R. 408 et seq. of the same code.
In the absence of a qualified candidate to perform the duties of a superior technician in the industry and mines or, in the event of a refusal of the candidate, the jobs not provided under the conditions set out in section L. 406 are added to the jobs to be filled for the following recruitment under the conditions defined in section R. 412.
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of application (the stamp of the position being authentic) or of the withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the General Secretariat of the Economic and Financial Ministries, is fixed on Thursday, January 19, 2012 up to 6 p.m. (Metropole time), time limit.
The date of the end of the confirmation of the registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, of the sending (the stamp of the position being authentic) or of the filing of the registration records in the competitions sector of the General Secretariat of the Economic and Financial Ministries is fixed on Thursday, January 26, 2012 until 6 p.m. (Metropolis time), time limit.
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.
Requests for registration must be made on the forms issued to this effect by the competition sector of economic and financial departments.
Any file filed without delay may not be considered.
This provision also applies to records in an envelope bearing a post cachet after the closing date or after that date in an envelope that does not include a post stamp.
