Vu le Decree No. 67-315 of 31 March 1967 establishing a Higher Council for Recreational Navigation and Water Sports, as amended by Decree No. 2011-766 of 28 June 2011,

The gross and lump-sum amount of the duty allowance provided for in Article 3.1 of the aforementioned Decree of 31 March 1967 is $14,000 per year.

This order is applicable to the effective date of the Decree No. 2011-766 of 28 June 2011.

The Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform, spokesman of the Government, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
