Those on the admission list to the competitions of professors from universities-hospital practitioners of pharmaceutical disciplines may, by December 2, 2011 (the stamp of the position being shown), apply to the job designated below, offered for recruitment for the year 2011 and remained vacant after the first round.

Nominations are composed of the following documents:
1° A letter of application prepared in accordance with the annexed model;
2° A dactylographed curriculum vitae;
3° A copy of the written statement of titles and works, submitted to the jury mentioned in theArticle 51 of Decree No. 84-135 of 24 February 1984 modified;
4° A certificate on the honour of the candidate mentioning the names and names of his father and mother to inform the application for judicial record No. 2;
5° In the event of multiple applications, the list of postulated jobs classified in order of preference.
Applications must be sent, on the one hand, to the Director of the pharmacy training and research unit whose job is applied and, on the other, to the Director General of the university hospital centre concerned.
The candidates shall also, within the same period, address a duplicate of the record, except for the written statement of titles and works mentioned in the 3rd of Article 2 above and the certificate on the honour mentioned in the 4th of this same article, within the time limit prescribed in Article 1 above:
―at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (General Directorate of Human Resources, Service of Teachers of Higher Education and Research, Sub-direction of the Recruitment and Management of Teachers-Researchers, Department of Teachers-Researchers of Health disciplines [DGRH A2-3]), 72-76, rue Regnault, 75243 Paris Cedex 13;
―at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health (general direction of the care supply, sub-direction of human resources of the health system, hospital human resources office [RH 4]), 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Applicants shall also, within the same period, submit an administrative record to the Ministry of Higher Education and Research at the address given in section 4 above, including the following:
1° A medical certificate, issued by a registered general practitioner, stating that the person concerned is not affected by any illness or infirmity incompatible with the performance of the postulated duties;
2° Where appropriate, a reported state and military services;
3° A statement on the honour by which the individual attests:
― do not work in a civil or military service, community or public or semi-public organization; or
― if he performs such functions, undertake to resign from the date on which he would be required to take his new hospital-university functions;
4° A commitment on the honour of residing in the agglomeration, the seat of the hospital and university center where he makes an application;
5° If it belongs to the body of hospital practitioners, photocopy of the last progress order in this capacity;
6° If it belongs to the body of university professors or lecturers, photocopy of the last advance decree in this capacity.
Candidates belonging to the body of university professors or lecturers are exempted from the supply of the documents described above with the exception of the residence commitment and the photocopy of the last advance order in this capacity.
Candidates who have already formed and filed this file in the first round of recruitment are exempted from this formality.
Upon the expiry of the time limit set out in Article 1 of this Order, the procedure provided for in Articles 11, 12 and 13 of the aforementioned order relating to the recruitment procedure shall be applied.
Applicants' files, together with advice from the Board of the Pharmaceutical Training and Research Unit and the Medical Establishment Commission, are to be sent to the two departments concerned, by 20 December 2011.
The Director General of Human Resources and the Director General of the Care Offer are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published and its annex to the Official Journal of the French Republic.
