Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: At present, the average amount of the lump sum allowance representative of hardship and additional work is calculated by application to an annual reference amount of a multiplier coefficient between 1 and 5. The decree provides that this multiplier can now be understood between 1 and 6.

Vu le Decree No. 2002-1105 of 30 August 2002 relating to the lump-sum compensation representative of hardships and additional work attributed to the staff of the bodies of technical advisers of social service of the state administrations and social service assistants of the state administrations,
Decrete:
In article 2 of the above-mentioned decree of 30 August 2002, the words "between 1 and 5" are replaced by the words "between 1 and 6".
The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform, spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister of Public Service are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
