Order of October 21, 2011 establishing and fixing the terms and conditions for obtaining the individual certificate for the professional activity "advising the use of phytopharmaceutical products"

In view of the Order of October 21, 2011 on the enabling conditions of training organizations provided for in Article R. 254-14 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code,

It is created an individual certificate for professional activity "advisory to the use of phytopharmaceutical products".
The conditions for obtaining this certificate shall be established in accordance with the provisions of this Order.

The certificate referred to in section 1 may be obtained:
1° Following training;
2° Following a training that includes the verification of control of the regulation of phytopharmaceutical products. This verification is performed as a test that lasts forty minutes and includes twenty questions. To pass the test, twelve just answers on the twenty questions are required; applicants who do not validate these twelve responses follow a deepening training on applied regulations;
3° As a result of the success of an hour-long test with thirty questions related to the training program. To pass the test, twenty-five answers just on the thirty questions are required. Candidates who have not passed the test cannot re-enrol. They shall prepare the certificate in accordance with the provisions of 1° of this article;
4° A degree or title obtained in the five years preceding the application date. The list is set out in Appendix I to this Order.
The themes of the program, the duration of the training and the implementation protocol for each of the terms and conditions of access to the certificate are specified in Appendix II to this Order.
Training and testing is carried out in an authorized training organization and is listed in accordance with the provisions of the Enabling Conditions for Training Organisms under section R. 254-14 of the aforementioned Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code.
Candidates who are absent from all or part of the training may not be issued from a successful certificate to the certificate.

At the end of its validity, the certificate shall be renewed in terms of access identical to those set out in Article 2 of this Order. The program themes for the renewal and duration of training and the implementation protocol for each of the terms and conditions of access to the certificate are specified in Appendix III.

The Director General of Education and Research, the Regional Directors of Food, Agriculture and Forestry, the Directors of Food, Agriculture and Forestry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

    Patent of agricultural superior technician,

    Analysis and conduct of operating systems.
    Development of agriculture in hot regions.

    Water management and control, speciality "Water control in agriculture and planning".
