Key Benefits:

Purpose: fixing the indiciary scheduling applicable to the interdepartmental body of State administrative officers.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication. However, it will only produce effects with the adoption of decrees in the Council of State that will determine the bodies of antagonists and similar bodies whose members will be integrated into the new interdepartmental body.
Notice: The decree contains measures to revalorize the administrative officers who have been incorporated into the new interdepartmental body. The crude index attached to the first step of the first grade of the interdepartmental body is increased to 404, compared to 379 for the existing bodies. The text also sets out the indiciary scheduling of the new rank of senior management officers. Constituted with seven levels and a special step, it will allow access to the gross index 1015 and to the letter scale A, under the conditions specified by the decree bearing the special status of the interdepartmental body of the State administrative officers.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, in its version resulting from Decree No. 2008-385 of 23 April 2008 relative to the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-836 of 22 August 2008 Amending the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs common to the administrations of the State and its public institutions or related to several bodies of officials of the State and its public institutions;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-1317 of 17 October 2011 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the State administrative officers;
Considering the opinion of the Supreme Council of the Public Service of the State dated 9 May 2011,
Decrete:
It is added to the decree of 22 August 2008 referred to in article 3-1 as follows:
"Art. 3-1.-The indiciary scheduling applicable to the interdepartmental body of State administrative officers governed by the Decree No. 2011-1317 of 17 October 2011 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the State administrative officers is fixed as follows:
