Considering the amended decision of 4 October 2006 on the organization and responsibilities of agricultural statistical services to the Ministry of Agriculture;

I. ― The Centre d'études de l'économie du bois (CEEB), 6, rue François-Ier, 75008 Paris, is approved under the conditions provided by the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above, for the execution of the wooden price investigation of the branch 02.20Z "Forest exploitation", producing raw wood that can take the form of logs, shavings or firewood, by reference to the nomenclatures referred to and intended, on the one hand, to the trituration industries and, on the other, to the production of energy.
The investigation program will be set annually by the administrative authority in accordance with theArticle 1 of the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above.
II. ― The registered organization is not registered in the national directory of companies and their establishments mentioned in theArticle A. 123-81 of the Commercial Code.

The competent public investigator service within the meaning of Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above and decree of 20 March 2009 referred to above for the above investigation is the Department of Statistics and Forward-looking (SSP) of the Ministry of Agriculture.

I. ― The approval given to the ERC by Article 1 is valid, subject to the option provided for in theArticle 4 of the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above and to thearticle 26 of the decree of 20 March 2009 referred to abovein respect of all enterprises engaged in an activity of the industry referred to in section 1.
II. ∙ The right of option providedArticle 4 of the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above and to thearticle 26 of the decree of 20 March 2009 referred to above shall be open to any company interviewed in connection with the approval granted by this Order.
The option can be exercised during the year, to take effect the following calendar year.
III. ― The list of units interviewed is set by reference to the national directory of companies and their establishments mentioned in theArticle A. 123-81 of the Trade Code.
IV. ― All exchanges of information between the public investigator service and the registered agency relating to the companies or institutions surveyed use the SIREN and SIRET identification numbers of the units concerned.

The main purpose of the public statistical investigation carried out pursuant to this Order is to measure prices. It's about:
– the volumes sold;
- prices.
The periodicity of the investigation is quarterly. It may be amended by the public investigator service after consultation with the approved body.
The investigation is carried out in accordance with a specifications developed by the investigating public service and describing the provisions to ensure the production of quality statistical results.

As part of the Public Statistical Investigations Program, the questionnaires of the investigation under this Order are jointly prepared by the approved body and the public investigator and arrested by the author. These questionnaires are validated by the Minister's INSEE visa. Their impression is at the expense of the approved body.

Article 6


A complete list of the units interviewed, jointly developed by the authorized body and the public investigator service and arrested by the author, is sent to the public investigator service at least once a year at the time of the first investigation of each periodicity. Any changes to this list during the year must be made in accordance with the public investigator service.

Article 7


The approved body must perform the necessary treatments for the production of consistent statistical results. The description of these treatments is provided at the request of the investigating public service.
These results are provided to the investigating public service within a maximum period of time after the completion of the survey's reference period, as determined in accordance with the investigating public service.
The results are accompanied by the number of units that have either been answered or estimated for each line of interrogation. The elements useful to the application of the rules of statistical secrecy are also transmitted.
The individual information for each of the units interviewed is provided upon request to the public investigator service.

Public results are available from the registered agency or the public investigator service. Public results mean those who respect the rules of statistical secrecy and the protection of personal freedoms.
The results of the investigation published by the approved body must include the name of the public investigator service.

For application of theArticle 7 of the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above, and after sending letters of lay-off, and then finding a non-response, the registered agency shall, within the time limits set by the public investigator, address the list of companies that have not responded within the time limit.

The questionnaires are retained by the registered organization until they are archived in accordance with Book II of the Heritage Code.

The authorized body may not use the individual information from the investigation under this Order for purposes other than public statistics.

The authorized body may not be released from the work that it has accepted the execution under this order until it has forwarded a request to the investigating public service with at least six months' notice.
In any event, the approved body is completing the current year's investigation program.

If the approved body known as EBC ceased to be approved, either under the preceding Article 12 or following a withdrawal of approval under the conditions provided by thearticle 26 of the decree of 20 March 2009 referred to above, it must submit to the public investigator service all questionnaires collected in accordance with the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to above still in his possession and which has not yet been made available to the archives under section 10 of this Order.

Article 14


The Director General of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
