Decree of 13 September 2011 on the recognition of professional qualifications issued by a Member State of the European Community or a State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area for Civil Aviation Code Professions and amending the decrees of 8 July 1955 relating to the patent and license of photographer navigating professional of the civil aviation, of 3 December 1956 concerning the creation of a personal qualification and a qualification of an ISA by

Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing,
Considering Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 7 September 2005 on recognition of professional qualifications;
Considering the transport code;
Considering the Civil Aviation Code;
Having regard to the decision of 8 July 1955 concerning the patent and licence for professional air navigation of civil aeronautics;
Having regard to the decision of 3 December 1956 on the establishment of a patent and a professional paratrooper licence and an instructor qualification;
Considering the decision of July 16, 2007 concerning the qualification and training of AFIS personnel;
In view of the advice of the professional airworthiness personnel board in its session of 17 June 2011,
Stop it!

Article 1 Learn more about this article...

Article 1 bis of the above-mentioned Order of 8 July 1955 is amended as follows:
1° In II, it is added a last sentence as follows:
"The two years of professional experience, however, are not required when the certificates of skills or training issued sanction regulated training. » ;
2° At 2° of the III, after the words: "when the profession" are inserted the words: "or the formation leading to it".

Article 2 bis of the above-mentioned decision of 3 December 1956 is thus amended:
1° In II, it is added a last sentence as follows:
"The two years of professional experience, however, are not required when the certificates of skills or training issued sanction regulated training. » ;
2° At 2° of the IV, after the words: "when the profession" are inserted the words "or the formation leading to it".

Paragraph 2.3 of the above-mentioned decision of 16 July 2007 is amended as follows:
1° In II, it is added a last sentence as follows:
"The two years of professional experience, however, are not required when the certificates of skills or training issued sanction regulated training. » ;
2° At 2° of the IV, after the words: "when the profession" are inserted the words "or the formation leading to it".
