Considering the proposal of the permanent commission of the national committee of the labels of origin relating to the wines and alcoholic beverages, and of the life-saving waters of the National Institute of Origin and Quality dated 13 April 2011,
Decrete:
The specifications of the controlled label of origin "Malepère" is approved.
It is published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management and is available at the following address: http://agriculture.gouv.fr/bulletin-officiel.
In article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of October 28, 2009, the word "Malfather" is deleted.
The specifications relating to the controlled label of origin "Malfa" annexed to the decree of October 28, 2009 referred to above is repealed.
