It is established with the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, a ministerial technical committee having jurisdiction under Title III of the decree of February 15, 2011 referred to above to hear all matters concerning the entire department of justice and freedoms.
In addition, the departmental technical committee is competent for matters specific to the public establishment of the computerized land book of Alsace-Moselle and the asset management and recovery agency seized and confiscated.
The composition of this committee shall be as follows:
(a) Administration representatives:
– the guard of the seals, the minister of justice, or his representative;
the secretary general or his representative.
(b) Staff representatives:
- fifteen incumbent members;
- fifteen alternate members.
The Order of November 30, 1973 establishing a ministerial-level technical committee with the seal guard is repealed from the date of entry into force of this Order.
The provisions of this Order come into force for the 2011 elections for the establishment of the technical committees provided for by the decree of 15 February 2011 referred to above.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
