In accordance with the second paragraph of Article D. 242-6-8 referred to above, the average costs of each of the categories of occupational accidents or occupational diseases referred to in Article D. 242-6-6, for the risks or groups of risks whose average working time is less than 80% of the average working time of their national technical committee, are reduced by 20%; for the risks or groups of risks including the average working time
For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the average working time shall be determined from the proportion of part-time employees and their working time set out in the annual statements of social data for the last known year.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
