Having regard to the convention for the protection of the world cultural and natural heritage, adopted by the 17th General conference of the United Nations for education, science and culture on 16 November 1972, issued by Decree No. 76-160 of February 10, 1976;
Having regard to the convention on the conservation of wildlife and marine flora of Antarctica, signed at Canberra on 20 May 1980, issued by Decree No. 82-975 of 15 November 1982, together the annex to this convention;
Having regard to the Protocol to wilderness areas protected as well as fauna and flora in the Eastern African region signed at Nairobi on June 21, 1985, published by Decree No. 2000-982 2 October 2000, all annexes to this Protocol;
Having regard to the Protocol on specially protected in the region of the Caribbean areas and wild life, signed at Kingston on 18 January 1990, published by Decree No. 2002-969 4 July 2002;
Having regard to the Protocol to the Antarctic Treaty on the protection of the environment, the protection and management of areas, signed at Madrid on 4 October 1991, published by Decree No. 98-861 of 18 September 1998, all Annex V adopted in Bonn on October 18, 1991, issued by Decree No. 2005-1075 August 23, 2005.
Having regard to the Protocol on specially protected areas and biological diversity in the Mediterranean signed in Barcelona on 10 June 1995, published by Decree No. 2002-1454 of December 9, 2002, all the annexes to this Protocol;
Having regard to annex V to the convention for the protection of the marine environment of the North-East Atlantic on the protection and conservation of the ecosystems and biological diversity of the maritime area and Appendix 3, signed in Sintra on 23 July 1998, issued by Decree No. 2005-145 of February 14, 2005, together the appendix to this annex;
Having regard to resolution No. 28/24 adopted by the 28th General conference of the United Nations United Nations education, science and culture on 14 November 1995, approving the Seville strategy for biosphere reserves and adopting the statutory framework of the world network of biosphere reserves;
Having regard to the code of the environment, inter alia, articles L. 120 - 1, L. 334 - 1 and R. 334 - 2;
Having regard to the opinion of the Board of Directors of the marine protected areas Agency dated November 4, 2009;

Within the scope of jurisdiction of the marine protected areas Agency, within the meaning of article R. 334 - 2 of the environment code, the categories of marine protected areas incorporated areas demarcated in accordance with the following international instruments: 1 ° in respect of global instruments) the convention on Wetlands of international importance of 2 February 1971 referred to above.
(b)) the convention for the protection of the world, cultural and natural heritage of 16 November 1972 referred to above.
(c) the above-mentioned resolution approving the Seville strategy for biosphere reserves and adopting the statutory framework of the world network of biosphere reserves of 14 November 1995).
2 ° in respect of regional instruments to) for the Mediterranean, the Protocol concerning specially protected areas and biological diversity of 10 June 1995 referred to above.
(b) for the ocean of the Northeast Atlantic, annex V on the protection and conservation of the ecosystems and biological diversity of 23 July 1998 referred to above.
(c) for the Atlantic ocean region of the Caribbean, the Protocol concerning specially protected January 18, 1990 in the above-mentioned areas and wild life.
(d) for the Indian ocean, the Protocol concerning protected areas and wildlife and the flora in the region of East Africa from June 21, 1985, referred to above.
(e) for Antarctica, annex V to the Protocol relating to the protection of the environment, protection and management of areas of 18 October 1991 above.

Also enters the field of competence of the Agency's marine protected areas category of marine protected areas incorporated national hunting with a maritime part, imposed by the Minister responsible for hunting in application of articles L. 422 - 27 and R. 422 - 93 of the code of the environment.
