Decree No. 2011-766 of 28 June 2011 amending Decree No. 67-315 of 31 March 1967 establishing the Superior Council for Boating and Water Sports

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, Government Spokesperson,
Considering the environmental code, including its article L. 141-3;
Vu le Decree No. 67-315 of 31 March 1967 amended to establish the Higher Council for the Navigation of Pleasure and Water Sports;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-672 of 8 June 2006 on the establishment, composition and functioning of administrative committees of an advisory nature,
Decrete:

After Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of March 31, 1967, an article 3-1 is inserted as follows:
"Art. 3-1. - Within the limits of the appropriations for this purpose, the President of the High Council for Boating and Water Sports may receive a service allowance, the amount of which shall be determined by joint decree of the Minister for the Sea and the Minister responsible for the budget. »

Article 4 of the aforementioned Decree of March 31, 1967 is amended as follows:
1° After the e, it is inserted a f as follows:
"(f) five representatives of registered associations under Article L. 141-1 of the Environmental Code and recognized foundations of public utility principally engaged in environmental protection or environmental education activities. » ;
2° The twenty-third preambular paragraph is replaced by three sub-items:
"The incumbent members shall be appointed by joint order of the Minister for the Sea, the Minister for Inland Waterways, the Minister for Sports, the Minister for Tourism and the Minister for Water Industries and, with respect to those mentioned in a, b, c, d and f, upon presentation of the bodies to which they belong. They are appointed for three years renewable. An alternate is appointed under the same conditions.
An order of the Minister responsible for sports sets out the list of sports federations mentioned in a.
A Minister for the Environment Order sets out the list of organizations referred to in f."

Article 7 of the aforementioned Decree of March 31, 1967 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Art. 7.-A joint order of the Minister for the Sea, the Minister for Inland Waterways, the Minister for Sports, the Minister for Tourism and the Minister for Water Industries shall, as appropriate, establish the terms and conditions for the implementation of this Order. »
