Having regard to the order of 18 October 1976 and the successive orders, in particular the order of 12 July 2010, extending the national collective agreement of the Intercarrier Service Staff Occupational medicine of 20 July 1976 and of the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
In view of the agreement of 10 February 2011 on salaries (schedules annexed), concluded in the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
Given the published opinion In the Official Journal of 2 May 2011;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), obtained in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,
Stops:
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall take place Effect from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by that agreement.
The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
