Having regard to the advice of the Board of the Central Fund for Agricultural Social Community dated 12 May 2011;
Considering the opinion of the Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission dated 11 May 2011,

The amount of the financial endowment of mandatory health insurance plans provided for inArticle L. 6113-10-2 of the Public Health Code is set at 44,796,947 for the 2011 fiscal year.

The Director of Social Security and the Director General of Care are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
