Vu le Decree No. 2009-1377 of 10 November 2009 modified on the organization and missions of the regional directorates of enterprises, competition, consumption, work and employment;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-687 of 24 June 2010 relating to the organization and missions of State services in the region and departments of Ile-de-France;
Considering the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, which is competent for the labour, employment and vocational training services of 16 September 2010;
Considering the advice of the single ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform of 6 October 2010;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
It is established with the Regional Joint Technical Committee established with the Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment, a Regional Hygiene and Safety Committee to assist this Joint Technical Committee.
The Regional Hygiene and Safety Committee is chaired by the Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment.
I. ― It is established with the regional technical committee established with the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment of the Ile-de-France region, a special hygiene and security committee, which is responsible for the hygiene and safety issues of the headquarters of the regional management to assist this technical committee.
This special hygiene and safety committee is chaired by the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment of the Ile-de-France region.
II. ― In each territorial unit of the regional management of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment in the Ile-de-France region, a special hygiene and security committee is established to assist the regional technical committee referred to in the first paragraph in the case of hygiene and safety issues of that unit.
This special hygiene and security committee is chaired by the head of territorial unity.
The number of seats in each of the hygiene and security committees established by this decree is fixed, within the limits provided for in thearticle 35 of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to aboveby joint decree of ministers responsible for labour, employment, economy and industry.
