Decision of 2 May 2011 on delegation of signature (direction of judicial protection of youth)

The Director of Judicial Protection of Youth,
Vu le Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 concerning delegations of signature of members of the Government, including its article 3;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-689 of 9 July 2008 concerning the organization of the Ministry of Justice;
In view of the amended decision of 9 July 2008 establishing the organization in sub-directions of the Youth Judicial Protection Directorate;
In view of the amended decision of 9 July 2008 establishing the organization in offices of the Youth Judicial Protection Directorate,
Decides:

Article 1


Delegation is given to Mme Valérie DERVIEUX, first substitute for the central administration of the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms, chief of office, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 2


Delegation is given to Mr Frédéric PHAURE, Director of Services, Deputy Chief of Staff, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 3


Delegation is given to Ms. Corinne SINNASSAMY, Civil Administrator, Deputy Director of Judicial Protection and Education, to sign, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 4


Delegation is given to Mr. Olivier PETIT, Civil Administrator, Deputy Director of Pilotage and Optimization of Means, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 5


Delegation is given to Ms. Laurence VENET, Civil Administrator, Assistant to the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Social Relations, to sign, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 6


Delegation shall be given to Mr. Benoît DESCOUBES, magistrate, chief of office of law and legal affairs, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the guardian of the seals, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 7


Delegation is given to Ms.Danièle MOUAZAN, Director of Services, Head of Office of Methods and Educational Action, to sign, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 8


Delegation is given to Ms. Mireille STISSI, functional director, head of office of institutional partners and territories, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 9


Delegation is given to Mr.Alexander COUTURIER, Civil Administrator, Chief of Office of Heritage, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 10


Delegation is given to Mr.Jean MACABIES, Administrative Advisor, Chief Information Systems Officer, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 11


Delegation shall be given to Mr. François GAJAN, Civil Administrator, Chief of the Management and Pilotage Control Office, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 12


Delegation is given to Ms Nathalie LEURIDAN, Civil Administrator, Head of Recruitment and Training Office, to sign, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 13


Delegation is given to Mr.Louis LLORENS, a central administrative officer, head of the social relations and statutes office, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the security guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 14


Delegation is given to Mr. Laurent JUDGEAU, Central Administrative Officer, Chief of Careers and Professional Development, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of his powers.

Article 15


Delegation is given to Ms.Catherine MICHON, head of central administration, responsible for the sub-direction of human resources and social relations, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the security guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 16


Delegation is given to Ms. Véronique SCOLAN, Director of Services, Deputy Head of Careers and Professional Development, to sign, on behalf of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 17


Delegation is given to Ms. Isabelle BELOT, senior administrative officer, deputy head of the recruitment and training office, to sign, on behalf of the security guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 18


Delegation is given to Ms. Aurore CHENU, head of central administration, deputy head of office of allocation of means, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the security guard, Minister of Justice and Freedoms, all acts, decrees and decisions, excluding decrees, within the limits of her powers.

Article 19


This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
