The indiciary scheduling for military personnel of the technical and administrative corps of the national gendarmerie, governed by the Decree No. 2008-945 of 12 September 2008, is identical to the one in theArticle 1 of Decree No. 2009-20 of 7 January 2009 referred to above.
The indiciary scheduling for military personnel in the corps of non-commissioned officers of the technical and administrative support of the national gendarmerie, governed by the Decree No. 2008-953 of 12 September 2008, is identical to the one in theArticle 2 of Decree No. 2009-21 of 7 January 2009 referred to above.
The ceilings of the officers and non-commissioned officers of the National Gendarmerie are fixed by rank by order of the Minister of Interior and ministers responsible for the budget and the public service.
The maximum percentage of military personnel of the technical and administrative support corps of the national gendarmerie who may benefit from each of the balance scales is determined by order of the Minister of Interior and ministers responsible for the budget and the public service.
Decree No. 2009-22 of 7 January 2009 setting the balance indices applicable to the military units of the national gendarmerie is repealed.
The Minister of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, Spokesperson of the Government, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, who is responsible for the public service, are responsible, each with regard to the current decree, for the execution of the French Republic.
