In the title of the above-mentioned decision of February 19, 2010, after the words: "general tax code" are added the words: "and L. 98 B, first paragraph of the book of tax procedures "
Section 2 of the above-mentioned Order of February 19, 2010 is supplemented by the following words: "as well as information provided in the first paragraph of Article L. 98 B of the Tax Procedures Book."
In article 3 of the above-mentioned decision of February 19, 2010, after the words: "general tax code" are added the words: "and to article R.* 98-B-1 of the book of tax procedures".
The Director General of Public Finance is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
