Decree of 8 March 2011 approving the decision of Réseau ferré de France to participate in the creation of the European Economic Interest Group for the studies of the project of new transpyrenean railway axis "GEIE NAFGCT"

Considering the transport code;
Vu la Act No. 97-135 of 13 February 1997 amended to create the public establishment Réseau ferré de France for the renewal of railway transport, including its article 3;
Vu le Decree No. 97-444 of 5 May 1997 amended on the missions and statutes of Réseau ferré de France, including articles 45, 60 and 62;
Considering the joint statement of the French Republic and the Kingdom of Spain on the preliminary study programme of the new transpyrenean railway axis of 10 January 2008;
Having regard to the joint statement on the Transpyrenean links of the Secretary of State for Transport of the French Republic and the Secretary of State for Planning and Institutional Relations of the Kingdom of Spain of 27 June 2008;
Considering the opinion of the Economic and Financial Monitoring Mission for Transport of 2 October 2009;
Considering the deliberation of the Board of Directors of Réseau ferré de France on 14 October 2009,
Stop:

Article 1

Is approved the decision of Réseau ferré de France to create, with equal participation with Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (ADIF), the GEIE for the studies of the new transpyrenean railway axis project, also known as GEIE NAFGCT.

Article 2

The Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, Spokesperson of the Government, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing, responsible for transport, are responsible, each in the matter of the official execution of the Journal
