Considering the opinion of the Economic and Financial Monitoring Mission for Transport of 2 October 2009;
Considering the deliberation of the Board of Directors of Réseau ferré de France on 14 October 2009,

Is approved the decision of Réseau ferré de France to create, with equal participation with Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (ADIF), the GEIE for the studies of the new transpyrenean railway axis project, also known as GEIE NAFGCT.
