Judgment of February 10, 2011 authorizing for the year 2011 the opening of a professional examination for the access to the body of the internal and overseas administrative officers

By order of the Minister of the Interior, Overseas, Territorial Authorities and Immigration dated February 10, 2011, is authorized under the year 2011 to open a professional examination for access to the body of the internal and overseas administrative officers.
This review is open to officials of a body classified in category B or at the same level under the Minister of Interior or assigned to that department. Interested persons must justify at least seven years of public service as at 31 December 2011, including at least four years of effective service in a body governed by the provisions of Decree No. 94-1017 of 18 November 1994 or those of Decree No. 2010-302 of 19 March 2010.
The number of professional examination positions will be determined later by ministerial order.
The application to compete is made at the choice of the candidate:
(a) Either via telematics on the website of the Ministry of the Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Marriages, administrative sector, category A, accession to category A, professional examination".
The deadline for closing telematic registrations is 23 March 2011, at 6 p.m. (Paris time), a term of rigour.
The applicant must make the validation of his or her registration on the telematics service within the deadline for his or her application to be considered valid.
The necessary supporting documents should be sent by post only on March 25, 2011 (the stamp of the position in question):
– at the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration authorities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, Professional Examination of Administration Attachment, to the attention of Ms.Laure GUIHO, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, for candidates residing in metropolis;
– to the prefecture or high commissioner of their choice for candidates residing in overseas departments and communities.
(b) Or by post:
The registration form may be withdrawn:
―to be downloaded on the website of the Ministry of the Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Thirties, administrative sector, category A, accession to category A, professional examination".
The deadline for withdrawal of the registration form by download is 25 March 2011, at 6 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor;
― either by written request to the following services, by joining the application an A4 envelope of €1.40 and labeled on behalf of the applicant:
― for the metropolis, with the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration authorities, under-direction of recruitment and training, recruitment and professional promotion office, competitive pole, 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, telephone: 01-60-37-11-38;

The deadline for withdrawal of the registration form by mail or on-site is March 18, 2011, term of rigor.
The terms and conditions for the transmission of registration files by mail are:
Applicants will be required to send their registration documentation by post only under the following conditions:
― for candidates residing in the metropolis, applications for admission to compete must be addressed to the Ministry of Interior, Overseas, Territorial and Immigration Authorities, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, competition pole, professional examination of administration, to the attention of Ms. Laure GUIHO, 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Logs
― for candidates residing in overseas departments and communities, applications for admission to compete must be addressed to the prefecture or high commissioner of their choice.
This registration file will necessarily include:
― the completed, dated and signed registration form;
– a self-adhesive envelope (standard format), freed at 0.58 euro, labeled on the candidate's name and address.
Any application for incomplete or poorly informed attendance will be rejected.
The closing date of the posting is fixed on March 25, 2011, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
The expected date of the written test is June 8, 2011. It will take place in the Ile-de-France region for agents assigned to the metropolis and one of the following eight examination centres for officers assigned to overseas departments and communities:


Bass-Terre

Fort-de-France

Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

Cayenne

Nouméa

Saint-Denis de La Réunion

Dzaoudzi

Papeete



The oral admission test will take place in the Ile-de-France region on the following forecast dates: between 13 and 30 September 2011.
For the oral admission test, eligible candidates send to the organizing department a record of recognition of the achievements of their professional experience (RAEP) no later than 26 August 2011, a term of rigor (the cachet of the position being held).
The model for recognition of the achievements of the professional experience as well as the filling guide will be available as of May 2, 2011 on the website of the Ministry of Interior.
Candidates will have to send, by post only, their complete RAEP file in three copies, accompanied by an enclosed envelope to the applicable letter fare, labeled on behalf of and address of the candidate, to the Ministry of the Interior, Overseas, Territorial Communities and Immigration, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Competition Pole, to the attention of Ms.Laure GUIHO, 2785
