Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, in its version resulting from Decree No. 2008-385 of 23 April 2008 relative to the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-836 of 22 August 2008 Amending the indiciary scheduling of bodies and jobs common to the state administrations and its public institutions or related to several bodies of state officials and its public institutions;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-1247 of 20 October 2010 relating to the indiciary scheduling of the bodies of the engineers of agriculture and the environment, the senior technicians of the departments of the Ministry of Agriculture, the administrative officers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and the administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-1752 of 30 December 2010 bearing special status of the body of the administrative secretaries under the Minister for Agriculture;
Based on the advice of the Department of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Technical Committee dated 27 October 2010,
Decrete:
After Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 20 October 2010, an article 3-1 is added:
"Art. 3-1.-For the application of Decree No. 2010-1752 of 30 December 2010 bearing the specific status of the body of the administrative secretaries under the Minister for Agriculture, the crude indices of the provisional levels established in section 4 of the same decree shall be fixed as follows:

The Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, spokesman for the Government, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management, and the Secretary of State to the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, responsible for the Public Service, shall be responsible, each in the matter of the decree published, for the execution of the Journal
