Vu le Decree No. 2007-120 of 30 January 2007 modified on the jobs of interregional, regional and functional director of competition, consumption and fraud law enforcement;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-121 of 30 January 2007 the employment of an expert inspector of competition, consumption and crackdown;
Given the advice of the single ministerial technical committee to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform of 30 November 2009,
