Order of December 23, 2010 amending the Order of August 3, 2010 extending a national professional agreement on the financing of training in the building sector and public works

The Minister of Labour, Employment and Health and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management,
Vu le Labour codeincluding article L. 2261-15;
In view of the decision of 3 August 2010 to extend a national professional agreement on the financing of training in the building and public works sector,
Stop:

Article 1


The decision of 3 August 2010 to extend a national professional agreement on the financing of training in the building sector and public works is amended as follows:
In Article 1, the words: "September 4, 2009" are replaced by the words: "December 4, 2009".

Article 2


The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Health and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture of Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
