Considering Decree No. 92 - 1351 December 22, 1992 as amended on the status and organization of the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou;
Having the Decree of December 18, 2009, organizing a referendum to the Ministry of culture, as amended by the Decree of February 6, 2010;
Having the Decree of 18 December 2009 establishing the joint technical committees of the Ministry of culture, as amended by the Decree of April 9, 2010;
Considering the Decree of 18 December 2009 establishing the hygiene and safety committees with joint technical committees of the Ministry of culture;
Having regard to the opinion of the Technical Committee joint central public library of information dated March 30, 2010;

The Decree of 18 December 2009 establishing the hygiene and safety committees with joint technical committees of the Ministry of culture is amended as follows: 1 ° in article 4, the words: Centre national d'Art et de culture Georges Pompidou» shall be deleted;
2 ° after article 8, it is inserted an article 8-1 worded as follows: 'Committee shall be established with the central joint technical Committee of the public library of information and the central joint technical Committee of the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou a hygiene and special security common to these two administrative public institutions.
This Committee is responsible for the examination of questions relating to hygiene and the safety of officers performing their duties within the two aforementioned institutions.

The health and safety Committee special common to the central joint technical Committee of the public library of information and the central joint technical Committee of the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou consists of prevention physician, five representatives of the administration and nine representatives of the staff.
The seats allocated to the representatives of the administration are distributed as follows: four representatives from the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou and a representative from the Bibliothèque publique d'information.
The seats allocated to the staff representatives are distributed as follows: seven representatives for the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou and two representatives for the Bibliothèque publique d'information.
The staff representatives are freely designated by representative trade unions, respectively within the national Centre of art and culture Georges Pompidou and the Bibliothèque publique d'information, taking into account the results of the general consultation of such personnel as laid down by the Decree of 18 December 2009 above holding a referendum to the Ministry of culture.
