Order of November 4, 2010 authorizing for 2011 the opening of internal and external competitions for the recruitment of marine inspectors, technical option

By order of the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, in charge of green technologies and climate negotiations, dated 4 November 2010, is authorized for the year 2011 to open the internal and external competitions for the recruitment of marine inspectors, technical option.
The registration start date is 20 December 2010.
The registration deadline is 4 February 2011.
Written examinations of internal and external competitions for the recruitment of marine inspectors will take place on 29 and 30 March 2011.
For eligible candidates who pass the recognition test of the acquired professional experience (RAEP), the deadline for filing the files is 20 May 2011 (the cachet of the position being authorised), a term of rigor.
The number of places offered to the internal and external competitions for the recruitment of marine inspectors will be the subject of a decree by the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, in charge of green technologies and climate negotiations.
The composition of the jury will be the subject of a decree by the Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, in charge of green technologies and climate negotiations.

2. The registration deadline is February 4, 2011.
Registration is made:
(a) By downloading the registration file or tele-registration:
― via internet at the address: www.developpement-durable.gouv.fr , then "concours and training", click on the page, then "subscribe" ;
― via the ministry intranet to: http://intra.rh.sg.i2
(b) Either by letter or visit.
The paper folder can be downloaded on the internet and intranet at the addresses above (a) or obtained at the addresses listed in 1.a and 1.b (DDE, DDT, DDT-M, DREAL or CVRH).
To receive a paper file by mail, attach an envelope to the request in the format 22.9 × 32.4 cm, in the name and address of the candidate and post at the current rate for a letter of 200 grams weight, specifying which contest you wish to register. Otherwise, no records will be sent.

Filing of records

For all candidates, the application for registration will be required on the forms specifically established for these examinations.
The registration file, together with any supporting documentation, must be entrusted directly to postal services in a timely manner so that the shipment envelope may be obliterated by the date of February 4, 2011 (the stamp of the position being authentic) to the address indicated in the explanatory notice.
Any paper file that comes to the Recruitment Office for Marine and Field Personnel (MCS5) in an envelope bearing a post cachet after February 4, 2011 or after that date in an envelope bearing no post stamp will be refused.
