Considering the opinion issued on 2 April 2009 by the Northwest Regional Air Space Management Committee;
Considering the findings of the technical investigation of 2 March 2009;
Considering the 28 October 2010 convention between the State and the Boulonnais aeroclub;
In light of the opinion of the High Council for Infrastructure and Air Navigation issued in session on 21 June 2010,

Saint-Inglevert aerodrome - Les Deux Caps (Pas-de-Calais) is open to public air traffic.
List 1 of aerodromes whose creation and commissioning were authorized, established and updated in accordance with section D. 211-3 of the Civil Aviation Code is amended accordingly.
The Director General of Civil Aviation is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
