Order of October 25, 2010 approving an air quality monitoring association under the environmental code (book II, title II)

Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, responsible for green technologies and climate negotiations,
Considering the environmental code, including articles L. 221-3 and R. 221-9 to R. 221-14;
Vu le Customs Code, including Article 266 decies the general tax on polluting activities,

The following association is approved under Article L. 221-3 of the Environmental Code, for a period of one year from October 25, 2010: regional association for air quality monitoring in Guadeloupe "GWAD'AIR".
This association exercises its competence in the Guadeloupe region.

Article 2


The Director General of Energy and Climate is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
