Vu le Decree No. 2010-1139 of 29 September 2010 bearing special status of the General and Specialized Nurses in the Hospital Public Service,
Decrete:
Effective December 1, 2010, the indiciary classification for the first two grades of the General and Specialized Nurses' Corps of the Hospital Public Service is set as follows:
Gross indices:
first rank: 361-680;
– second grade: 439-685.
As of July 1, 2012, the indiciary classification applicable to the grades of the general and specialized nursing staff of the hospital public service is set as follows:
Gross indices:
- first rank: 370-680;
- second grade: 439-700;
Third grade: 455-740;
– fourth grade: 580-758.
As of July 1, 2015, the indiciary classification applicable to the grades of the general and specialized nursing staff of the hospital public service is set as follows:
Gross indices:
- first rank: 379-680;
- second grade: 444-730;
third grade: 460-766;
– fourth grade: 626-780.
The Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Public Service, the Minister of Health and Sports, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
