Order of September 17, 2010 establishing an automated personal data processing for a statistical survey "family budget" in 2010

It is created at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) an automated processing of personal data relating to a mandatory statistical survey "family budget" in 2010.
The collection will take place from October 2010 to September 2011.

The main objective of the survey is to study household spending. It aims to measure all expenditures, including expenditures not related to the consumption of goods and services (tax and tax), consumption that does not result in expenditures (autoconsumption, benefits in kind), household resources, and to compare living standards and consumer choices of the various categories of households.
Complementary investigations to assess the quality of the investigation may be carried out with the respondents who agreed.

The categories of information processed are:
- the socio-demographic characteristics of the household: identity, family situation, household composition, place of life, diplomas, professional life of household members;
- household expenses: expenses related to housing, land, vehicles, non-expendable goods, furniture, valuables, clothing and footwear, out-of-home stays, services, as well as health, transportation, school or work meals, leisure and culture expenses;
― personal expenses of household members more than fourteen years old: daily expenses as well as small irregular expenses for a period of one week.
The names of the interviewees are not computerized.
The data collected are reconciled with the tax files and social benefits files of the family allowance funds as well as with the data of the National Old Age Benefit Fund and the Agricultural Social Mutuality for pensions.

The Archives de France are recipients of the personal data collected identifying the persons investigated in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 212-4 of the Heritage Code.
Individual information derived from the treatment provided for in Article 1 for the identification of persons who have been investigated may be disclosed to the departmental statistical services listed by Annex to Decree No. 2009-250 of 3 March 2009 referred to above, for public statistics purposes, by decision of the administration of the archives taken after advice of the Committee on Statistical Secret and agreement of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies.
