Vu le Decree No. 85-1148 of 24 October 1985 amended on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State and territorial authorities;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-986 of 26 August 2010 having special status of category A staff of the General Directorate of Public Finance;
Given the advice of the single ministerial technical committee to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform of 18 May 2010,

From the date of effect of this decree, the provisions of Decree No. 2008-1123 of 31 October 2008fixing the indiciary scheduling applicable to the Category A body of the General Directorate of Public Finance is repealed with the exception of those relating to the ranks of Chief of Normal and Functional Class Tax Services, Departmental Director of the Public Treasury and First Class Finance Receiver who remain in force.
The Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Public Service, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Public Service are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and will take effect as of 1 September 2011.
