By order of the Minister of Defence dated 12 August 2010:
I. - The total number of positions offered for the external and internal deconcentrated examinations for the recruitment of administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Defence for the year 2010, whose opening was authorized by the order of 6 April 2010, is set at 48, of which 12 for the National Military Social Security Fund (CNMSS), located in Toulon.
These posts are distributed as follows:
external competition: 29;
Internal competition: 19.
They are to be filled in the following way:

II. - 5 positions will be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 3 positions are offered by contract to beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in Article 27 of the Law of 11 January 1984, as follows:

III. ― In the absence of qualified candidates on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to serve as administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Defence, vacant jobs can only be filled by meeting the priorities set out in section L. 406 of the same code and according to the procedure set out in sections R. 408 et seq. of the same code.
In the absence of qualified candidates to serve as administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Defence or in the event of a refusal of the candidates, the jobs not filled under the conditions set out in section L. 406 are added to the jobs to be filled for the following recruitment under the conditions defined in section R. 412.
