Considering the order of 25 August 2003 setting out the terms and conditions for the application of Decree No. 2003-799 of 25 August 2003 relative to the specific service allowance allocated to bridge and pavement engineers and officials of the technical units of the equipment;
In view of the decree of 14 December 2005 assigning maritime expertise to the departmental management of the Bouches-du-Rhône equipment;
In view of the decree of 14 December 2005 assigning competences in the marine and navigation fields to the departmental direction of the Loire-Atlantique;
In view of the decree of 14 December 2005 attributing competences in the marine and navigation fields to the departmental direction of the Gironde and extending the scope of intervention of the South-West navigation service;
In light of the Order of 29 November 2006 amending the Order of 25 August 2003 setting out the terms and conditions for the application of Decree No. 2003-799 amended on the specific service allowance allocated to bridge and pavement engineers and to staff of the technical units of the equipment;
Considering the decree of 27 April 2007 establishing the national airport engineering service,

Section 1 of the above-mentioned Order of 25 August 2003 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Art. 1-The basic rate provided for in Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 25 August 2003 is set at 360, 10 euros.
The value of the specific base amount provided for in Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 25 August 2003 is 355, 44 euros. »
