The yield of vineyards producing wines with controlled label of origin is modified for the 2009 harvest in application of the article D. 644-25-II of the rural code, in accordance with the table shown in annex I to this decree.

However, pursuant to article D. 644-25 II-a) 2 and 4 of the rural code, performance may be set for certain operators in accordance with the table in annex II to this Order.

In accordance with the specifications of the controlled label of origin "Cognac", the maximum annual yield for the 2009 harvest is fixed at 8.12 hectolitres of pure alcohol per hectare.
This yield can be increased individually by 5 hectolitres of pure alcohol per hectare.
