Order of 20 May 2010 amending the Order of 28 June 2000 setting out the terms and conditions for the evaluation and sanctioning of the education of labour inspectors

Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, Minister of Labour, Solidarity and the Public Service and Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries,
Vu le Decree No. 2005-1555 of 13 December 2005 relating to the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training, including Article 14;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-1503 of 30 December 2008 the merger of labour inspection services;
Vu le Decree No. 2009-1377 of 10 November 2009 the organization and missions of the regional directorates of enterprises, competition, consumption, work and employment;
In view of the decision of 28 June 2000 setting out the terms and conditions for the evaluation and sanctioning of the schooling of inspectors-students of work;
Having regard to the advice of the appropriate departmental technical committee for the labour, employment and vocational training services of February 18, 2010;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training of March 26, 2010,

Section 11 of the above-mentioned decision of 28 June 2000 is amended as follows:
"Art. 11.-The jury referred to in Article 9 above shall be as follows:
– the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization, President or his representative;
- the general delegate for employment and vocational training or his representative;
the Director General of Labour or his representative;
an inspector general of social affairs;
– a Regional Director of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training or Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumption, Work and Employment;
– a departmental director of work, employment and vocational training or director of territorial unity of a regional management of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment;
- two directors of work;
an Assistant Director of Labour;
– a representative of an organization involved in the public employment service.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization, the jury is chaired by the Inspector General of Social Affairs.
The jury secretariat is provided by the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training.
The nominative composition of the jury is decided by the ministers responsible for work, employment and vocational training. »

Section 12 of the above-mentioned decision of 28 June 2000 is amended to read:
"Art. 12.-The jury referred to in Article 10 above shall be as follows:
– the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization, President or his representative;
an inspector general of social affairs;
– a Regional Director of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training or Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumption, Work and Employment;
– a departmental director of work, employment and vocational training or director of territorial unity of a regional management of companies, competition, consumption, work and employment;
- two directors of work;
five labour inspectors.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization, the jury is chaired by the Inspector General of Social Affairs.

The Director of General Administration and Modernization of Services at the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and the Public Service is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
