Considering the environmental code;
Considering the code of expropriation because of public utility, including article L. 11-5;
In view of the decree of May 18, 2000 declaring public utility the development work at 2 × 2 lanes of the RN 174 for the sections Villeneuve―Fumichon and Pont-Hébert (lieudit La Porte Verte)―RN 13, in the department of the Manche, conferring the express character of the road to sections A84―Fumichon and Pont-Hébert―RN 13 and putting in compatibility the plans of occupation of the soils
Having regard to the decision of 8 March 2006 appointing the site Natura 2000 low valleys of the Cotentin and Veys bay (special protection area);
The State Council (section of public works) heard,
Decrete:
The deadline set out in Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 18 May 2000 to carry out the expropriations necessary for the realization of the work is extended until 18 May 2015.
The Minister of State, Minister of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, in charge of green technologies and climate negotiations, and the Secretary of State for Transport are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
