I. ― eligibility to compete this contest is open to only licensed agents of the central administration of the Ministry of economy, industry and employment and the Ministry of budget, public accounts and cash on January 1, 2010, three State reform years and six months at least of public services (services performed in quality of holder, temporary auxiliary or contractual (, as well as the military services in the legal time limit).
This service is reduced to two years and six months for officers supporting the education of second degree or diploma Bachelor's equivalent on the list established by the Decree of November 25, 1985 as amended by the Decree of May 11, 1993.
