Order dated April 21, 2010 extending an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement of the houses at branches of retail clothing sale (No. 675)

The Minister of Labour, Solidarity and the Public Service,
Vu le Labour codeincluding article L. 2261-15;
In view of the Order of 8 December 1972 and the subsequent Orders, including the Order of 15 March 2002, extending the national collective agreement of the houses to retail outlets of 30 June 1972 and the texts that amended or supplemented it;
In view of the agreement of 30 November 2009 on minimum wages and seniority premiums, concluded under the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Considering the request for extension submitted by signatory organizations;
Considering the opinion published in the Official Journal of 1 April 2010;
Considering the opinions collected during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Collective Bargaining Commission (subcommission of agreements and agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure provided for in theArticle R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,

For all employers and employees included in the scope of application of the national collective agreement of the houses at branches of retail sale of clothing of 30 June 1972, as amended by Act No. 28 of 25 November 1987 itself supplemented by the addendum of 21 January 1988, the provisions of the agreement of 30 November 2009 relating to the minimum wages and the premium of seniority, concluded in the national agreement provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provides that the annual wage bargaining is also intended to define and program measures to eliminate the pay gap between women and men by December 31, 2010 and, on the other hand, regulatory provisions establishing the minimum interprofessional salary of growth.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above-mentioned agreement shall be made on the date of the publication of this order for the remaining period and the conditions provided for in that agreement.

Article 3


The Director General of Labour is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
