In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Order of 18 December 2009 organizing an electoral consultation with the above-mentioned Ministry of Culture, a second ballot is held for the following central technical committees:

Conservatoire national supérieure de musique et de danse de Lyon ;
Conservatoire national supérieure de musique et de danse de Paris;
Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture et de paysage de Bordeaux ;
École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Lyon ;
École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Marne-la-Vallée ;
Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Montpellier;
Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Nantes ;
École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Normandie ;

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Order of 18 December 2009 organizing an electoral consultation in the Ministry of Culture referred to above, a second ballot is held for the following special technical committees:
Interregional Directorate Centre - Ile-de-France of the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research;
Grand West Interregional Directorate of the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research;
Grand Sud-Ouest Interregional Directorate of the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research;
Mediterranean Interregional Directorate of the National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research;
Nord-Picardie Interregional Directorate of the National Institute of Preventive Archaeological Research;
Rhone-Alpes Interregional Directorate - Auvergne of the National Institute of Preventive Archaeological Research;
Headquarters of the National Institute of Preventive Archaeological Research.
Applications for the second ballots must be sent to the Ministry of Culture and Communication (general Secretariat of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, Human Resources Service, Office of Social Dialogue and Statutory Expertise, room 4069), 182 Saint-Honoré Street, 75001 Paris, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or to be filed at that same address no later than Friday, 16 April 2010, before 3 p.m.
They may be accompanied by a profession of faith (four pages format A 4 maximum) and give rise to the issue of a receipt to the list delegate.
These nominations must specify the technical committees concerned by a second ballot to which the union organization wishes to be a candidate.
The voting deadline for the second ballots is Tuesday, 1 June 2010, at 5 p.m.
Votes taken solely by correspondence, envelopes sent by electors must arrive in the secure postal urn opened for this purpose in the postal offices before the voting closure set out in section 4 of this Order.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture and Communications is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
