Vu la Act No. 90-568 of 2 July 1990 amended on the organization of the public service of the position and France Télécom;
Vu la Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 amended to reform pensions, including article 66-IV;
Vu le Decree No. 99-945 of 16 November 1999 amended to include the special status of the civil administrators;
Vu le Decree No. 2004-765 of 29 July 2004 relating to the statutory provisions applicable to the body of employees and masters agents of France Télécom;
Vu le Decree No. 2004-767 of 29 July 2004 relating to the statutory provisions applicable to the corps of the superiors of France Télécom;
Having regard to the opinion of France Télécom's Joint Council dated 9 July 2009;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
For the purposes of the provisions of Article L. 16 of the Civil and Military Retirement Pension Code in its writing prior to January 1, 2004, the assimilations for setting the new salary indices referred to in Article L. 15 of the said Code shall be carried out in accordance with the following correspondence tables:

Pensions of retired staff and their beneficiaries are revised in accordance with the above provisions.
I. ― Amended Decree No. 76-119 of 29 January 1976 on the employment of Chief Telecommunications Institution Director is repealed.
II. ― As they relate to France Télécom, the provisions of Decree No. 70-107 of 29 January 1970 modified in relation to the particular status of the corps of the supervisors and chief supervisors of the posts and telecommunications, Decree No. 84-151 of 27 February 1984 amended on the terms and conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of Regional Service Chief (Telecommunications Branch) of the Department of TTC and Decree No. 89-334 of 25 May 1989 amended on the terms and conditions of appointment and advancement in the positions of Chief Post Accounting Service and Telecommunications.
The Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, and the Minister to the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, responsible for the industry, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
