The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform,
Considering the Civil and Military Pension Code, including article L. 16;
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu la Act No. 90-568 of 2 July 1990 amended on the organization of the public service of the position and France Télécom;
Vu la Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 amended to reform pensions, including article 66-IV;
Vu le Decree No. 72-503 of 23 June 1972 amended on the specific status of the post and telecommunications controllers;
Vu le Decree No. 92-929 of 7 September 1992 relating to the specific status of the bodies of the operating agents of the general service of La Poste and France Télécom;
Vu le Decree No. 93-515 of 25 March 1993 amended with respect to the statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of the La Poste and the bodies of the executives of France Télécom;
Vu le Decree No. 93-517 of 25 March 1993 amended with respect to the statutory provisions applicable to the body of the La Poste's master's, technical and managerial officers and to the staff and master's officers of France Télécom;
Vu le Decree No. 93-519 of 25 March 1993 amended with respect to the statutory provisions applicable to the body of professional agents of La Poste and to the body of professional agents of France Télécom;
Vu le Decree No. 99-945 of 16 November 1999 amended to include the special status of the civil administrators;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-1329 of 10 September 2007 relating to the statutory provisions applicable to the corps of the superiors of La Poste;
Considering the opinion of the technical committee of La Poste on 8 July 2009;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,

For the purposes of the provisions of Article L. 16 of the Civil and Military Retirement Pension Code in its writing prior to January 1, 2004, the assimilations for setting the new salary indices referred to in Article L. 15 of the said Code shall be carried out in accordance with the following correspondence tables:

I. ― Decrees No. 51-1301 of 7 November 1951 modified on the special status of the units of the postage printing service, No. 76-118 of 29 January 1976 modified on the employment of the principal post establishment director, No. 79-495 of 20 June 1979 amended on the terms of appointment and advancement in the employment of regional head of service (general direction of posts and branches under the general services) of the Secretariat of State for posts and telecommunications, No. 79-496
II. ― The provisions of Decree No. 70-107 of 29 January 1970 modified in relation to the particular status of the corps of the supervisors and chief supervisors of the posts and telecommunications, Decree No. 89-334 of 25 May 1989 Revised terms and conditions of appointment and advancement in the post and telecommunications accounting and accounting service chief jobs Decree No. 90-1236 of 31 December 1990 modified in relation to the specific status of the technical services agents of La Poste and France Télécom are repealed as they relate to the bodies, grades and jobs of La Poste.

The Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, Public Service and State Reform, and the Minister to the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment, responsible for the industry, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
